EQUITY TECHNICAL REPORT (23-27 JAN) | STOCK MARKET TIPS


NIFTY 50 8349.35 (-51.00)↓(-0.61%)


The Nifty index opened negative note at 8391 and made a day low of 8374 taking support of 8374 and follow the buying trend. Nifty managed to close above the crucial level of 8400. On Tuesday, Nifty continued its range bound movement. The Nifty closed with a loss of 15 points at 8,398. The Nifty opened at 8,415 hitting a high of 8,441 and low of 8,378. The stock market erased morning gains and closed lower. On Wednesday, The Indian stock market was trading in green, Nifty50 settled the day above its 8400-mark, gaining 19 points. and Nifty finally closed at 8417. Nifty holds 8400 in a narrow trading range over past trading sessions. On Thursday, markets closed range bound session, Nifty is trading range bound at 8450-8400 and Nifty settled marginally higher, in the absence of any major trigger. On Friday, The Nifty  opened at 8404; 30 points below Thursday closing of 8435.Thereafter the index made a high of 8423 but could not sustain the same. Sharp selling was observed around 1 P.M. when Nifty broke its range low of 8373 and went on to make a low of 8341.
The new era of International politics has begun with Donald Trump coming into power. In his speech on Friday, US President Mr. Trump has signaled warning signs for the world and has pledged for the American People's growth. Next week is going to be very crucial as the markets would digest the Trump policies. The Nifty50 (spot) opened the week at 8390.95, made a high of 8460.30 low of 8340.95 and closed the week at 8349.35. Thus the Nifty closed the week with a losing of -51 points or -0.61%.

EQUITY WEEKLY REPORT | STOCK MARKET TIPS

NIFTY 50 7985.75 (-153.70)↓(-1.89%)



The Nifty index started trading for the week on a negative note and got corrected on the same day. the Nifty opened at 8126 and from then on trade in a range of 28 points. Nifty in the closing few minutes of the day broke its Intraday low and went on to make a new low of 8094.85 and closed at 8104.35. On Tuesday, Market declined for the fifth straight session; the Nifty fell 61 points from its day high of 8124 and made a low of 8062. Due to the upcoming holiday season there is a dearth of volume in cash and derivative markets. On Wednesday, The Nifty continued follow down trend. Nifty opened above 8100 but was unable to sustain the same and lost momentum towards the end of trading hours. The Nifty index dropped 21 points to close at 8061. On Thursday, The Nifty Continuing the bearish momentum, Nifty broke the support of 8056.85 with a gap down opening. and ended the day below the 8000 mark. On Friday, The index traded range-bound and ended on a flat note. The Nifty closed slightly up at 7,985, after briefly recapturing the 8,000 levels. The Nifty50 (spot) opened the week at 8126.00, made a high of 8132.50 low of 7942.05 and closed the week at 7985.75. Thus the Nifty closed the week with a losing of -153.70 points or -1.89%.

EQUITY TECHNICAL REPORT | STOCK MARKET TIPS


NIFTY 50 8139.45 (-122.30)↓(-1.48%)



Nifty started the week on a negative note and fell 31 points on Monday. The Nifty opened gap down at 8230 and Nifty ended the day in red, nifty indices dropped by 1%. Nifty fall around 90 points from Friday closing and made a low at 8154 to finally close at 8171. On Tuesday, The Nifty opened at 8196 and made a low of 8155, just 1 point short of its previous day low of 8154. A sharp buying was seen in the Index by 75 points made a high of 8228 to finally close on a positive at 8221. On Wednesday, The Nifty traded with high volatility in a small range of 64 points. It's a positive start as it slipped 45 points while the Nifty traded below the key 8,200-level as caution set in before the Federal Reserve rate decision later in the day. On Thursday, After the American Federal Reserve decided to raise the benchmark interest rate for the first time this year, the nifty fell 54 points opened at 8128 and rose sharply by 104 points in first 35 mins of trading. Nifty opened gap down at 8128 and made a low of 8122 followed by a sharp buying to make a high of 8225. On Friday, Market was highly volatile with the market looked to settle down. It was a complete choppy session, as the market was seen grinding in a narrow 25 point trading range especially in the second half. The Nifty50 (spot) opened the week at 8230.65, made a high of 8230.65 low of 8121.95 and closed the week at 8139.45. Thus the Nifty closed the week with a losing of -122.30 points or -1.48%.

Equity (Nifty) Technical Report (3 To 7 Oct)

NIFTY 50 8611.15 (-220.40)↓(-2.50%)

This week markets open with a bearish note. Nifty ended the day at 8723, down by 108 points against the Friday’s close. But nifty takes a support level at 8700 and close above. On Tuesday, nifty continues to follow the bearish trend and closed with a loss of 16 points at 8706. On Wednesday, The Nifty ended marginally higher due to short-covering by participants ahead of September month F&O expiry. The Nifty closed with a gain of 39 points at 8745. On Thursday, Volatility was there in the market. The last trading session of the September series of derivative contracts supported the down moves. The Nifty closed with a loss of 153 points at 8591.25. On Friday, Highly volatile trading section. Nifty takes a strong support level at 8550 and closed this week above at 8600. The Nifty50 (spot) opened the week at 8807.90, made a high of 8809.55 low of 8555.20 and closed the week at 8611.15. Thus the Nifty closed the week with a losing of -220.40 points or -2.50%.

EQUITY TECHNICAL REPORT (16 TO 19 AUGUST)

NIFTY 50 8672.15 (-11.00)↓(-0.13%)
The week has started on a flat note the Nifty comes off its 52-week high but ended above its key resistance level of 8700 and nifty close with a gain of 28 point 8711 on Monday. On Tuesday, the market was a consolidated; as investors digested the RBI's decision to keep rates unchanged but worried about inflation. On Wednesday, The Nifty started the session on a positive note at 8686. It subsequently recorded a high at 8690 levels. But, it began to witness selling pressure and fell below the immediate support at 8550. On Thursday, The market opened flat, but bearish sentiments Nifty slipped below the 8550 levels. But Nifty settled at 8592, up 19 points. On Friday, the last Trading day of the week ended with strong gains with 80 points and nifty takes a resistance level of 8700 and close at 8672. The Nifty50 (spot) opened the week at 8712.85, made a high of 8728.35 low of 8540.05 and closed the week at 8672.15. Thus the Nifty closed the week with a losing of -11.00 points or -0.13%.

Equity Technical Weekly Report (13-17 June)

This week markets open with a flat note. The market was stuck in narrow trading range throughout the day. Finally the nifty closed with a loss of 20 points at 8201 on Monday. On Tuesday, trading session was positive trend. After RBI kept key policy rates unchanged, stance goes forward amid firm global cues. On Wednesday, Lack of movement was there in the market. After opening on a flat note, the market was stuck in narrow trading range throughout the day. On Thursday, The stock market ended in deep red. Bulls were trapped in the bears’ grip at the time of closing. The Market closed down nearly 1%. On Friday, Volatility was witnessed in the market. While the nifty settled below its key support level of 8200. The nifty logged their first weekly fall in three as caution will prevailed ahead of the us federal reserve meeting next week and Britain’s referendum on European Union membership on June 23. The Nifty50 (spot) opened the week at 8228.75, made a high of 8294.95 low of 8162.85 and closed the week at 8170.05. Thus the Nifty closed the week with a losing of -50.75 points or -0.62%.
