Indian shares ended lower on Wednesday, with refiners such as Reliance Industries Ltd falling on concerns over surging crude prices, while Bharti Airtel Ltd slumped after a Qatari shareholder sold a stake.

The broader NSE index closed 0.45 percent lower at 10,303.15, while the benchmark BSE index was down 0.46 percent at 33,218.81.

 NIFTY 50 9788.60 (-175.80)   (-1.76%)            The domestic equity market once again had a disappointing session on Monday as the benchmark Nifty50 continued its decline and ended with a net loss of 91 points, or 0.92 per cent. Monday’s corrective move has been of a technical nature. If some critical levels are not maintained, the weakness may persist in the market. These corrective activities remain significant given the present texture of the market. On Tuesday, The Indian stock market once again had a disappointing session Nifty50 witnessed a sharp recovery from the low point of the day and recovered nearly 58 points before closing on a flat note. On Wednesday, tumbled for a seventh consecutive session to close below the 9,750 level- a day ahead of the September series futures & options contracts' expiry. On Thursday, Rupee has given breakout of five month high of 65.20 and made a high at 66.13. The Indian equity market had a disappointing session on Wednesday, as the benchmark Nifty50 continued its slide, breaching the important support levels of 100-DMA. It ended the day losing 135.75 points or 1.38%. The market settled with small gains after range bound session of trade as firmness in European stocks supports gains on the domestic bourses. the nifty 50 gained 33.20 points after indices witnessed last seven days of losses.

On Friday, Beginning of some pain the market and this is what we witnessed in three subsequent sessions. The relentless fall kept on breaking hopes for the bulls as most of the intermediate supports got violated in this course of action. The market registered strong losses in the last trading session of the week amid geopolitical tensions. the nifty 50 fell -157.50 points or -1.56%, to settle at 9964.40. The benchmark Index Nifty50 (spot) opened the week at 9960.10 made a high of 9960.50 low of 9687.55 and closed the week at 9788.60. Thus the Nifty closed the week with a losing of -175.80 points or -1.76%.

After the heavy downturn yesterday, there is a slight recovery today from the lower level of gold. However, its still remains at $ 1300 below at COMEX. Meanwhile, there is a slight increase in silver also.On MCX, gold rose by 0.60 percent to Rs. 29740.

NIFTY 50 10066.40 (51.90)   (0.51%)

Indian Benchmark Index started a week on a positive note. The Nifty opened at 10050, made an Intraday high of 10112 and make a low of 10048 and closed at 10102. Bank Nifty made a fresh all time high of 25168. This is the first time the Index closed above the psychological level of 25000.The Index opened at 24881 and closed at 25104. on Monday.  On Tuesday, A flat trading session witnessed due to ongoing RBI’s policy meets which may bring a see-saw move in the markets. Nifty 50 was traded range bound Nifty closed at 10114, up 38 points. On Wednesday, Lack of movement was there in the market due to the RBI’s quantum of policy rate cut. The decision to lower the rate by 25 bps to 6% was already factored in. They added that no change in cash reserve ratio left the markets cold too. This is the first rate cut since October 2016.The Nifty scaled a fresh new peak at the outset and made an all time high of 10138. However, it tripped and settled down 33 points, at 10081.  On Thursday, Nifty made a high of 10081 and closed at 10014 after making a low of 9998.The index ended lower by 68 points. On Friday, The nifty is trading below support level 10000. Nifty has opened at 10009 made a high of 10075 & came down to 9988 level and closed at 10066. The benchmark Index Nifty50 (spot) opened the week at 10034.75 made a high of 10137.85 low of 9988.35 and closed the week at 10066.40. Thus the Nifty closed the week with a gaining of 51.90 points or 0.51%.

Grasim Industries Ltd., a viscose staple fibre & caustic soda manufacturer, will be in focus after it said that Aditya Birla Group is ready to sell fertiliser arm for close to Rs 30 billion. 

GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd:

GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd., a leading provider of construction services, will be in focus after it completed a deal to sell residual equity in BIAL. 

Infosys Ltd:

Infosys Ltd., India's second largest IT service provider, will be in focus as it is set to report its June quarter numbers today. Motial Oswal, a brokerage firm believes that Infosys may post 4.5% on quarter fall in net profit at Rs 34.38 billion compared with Rs 36,03 billion profit reported for the sequential quarter ended March 31, 2016. The company's revenue may slip 0.43% on quarter to Rs 176.54 billion.

JSW Steel Ltd., Monnet Ispat Ltd: 

JSW Steel Ltd., an integrated steel maker and Monnet Ispat Ltd., a sponge iron & structural steel maker, will be in focus after State Bank of India is not in favour of a JSW Steel proposal in its current form to buy a controlling stake in debt-laden steelmaker Monnet Ispat, the bank informed the Mumbai bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on Jul 13.

Kwality Ltd: 

Kwality Ltd., a manufacturer of dairy products, will be in focus after SEBI fined Kwality directors for alleged trading irregularities. 

Max Financial, HDFC Ltd:

Max Financial, HDFC Ltd., provider of insurance services, will be in focus after HDFC Life Insurance plans to call off its proposed takeover of the Max group's life insurance business as the two have not been able to arrive at a mutually agreeable alternative structure for the transaction, which the regulator has rejected in its current form. 

State Bank of India:
State Bank of India, largest state-owned lender, will be in focus after it is planning to raise up to $750 million (Rs 48.35 billion) of overseas loans from international lenders to fund growth in lending activity at its offshore branches. 

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd:

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (TCS), India's largest IT service provider, will be in focus after its operation profit fell in June quarter may not go down well with TCS investors. 

Wipro Ltd:

Wipro Ltd., India's third largest service provider, will be in focus after it sought members' nod to reappoint Azim Premji as Executive Chairman & MD. 

Infosys Ltd, Infomedia Press, Bhansali Engineering Polymers, Integrated Capital Services Ltd., among others will announce the financial result for the quarter ended Jun 30, 2017 today.

The benchmark Index Nifty opened flat from Friday’s close of 8641. Nifty traded in a narrow range of 45 points throughout the day. However, Nifty closed at 8633 on Monday. On Tuesday, The benchmark Index Nifty in closing hours is struggling to touch 8600 levels on the higher side, Nifty fell 80 points from the day high of 8632 and making a low of 8552, before closing at 8561. On Wednesday, the Indian benchmark index Nifty opened flat from yesterday’s close of 8561, After the Finance Minister Mr. Arun Jaitley announced the Union Budget, in which he left the Long Term Capital Gains and Short Term Capital Gains Tax rates unchanged. Nifty surged by 155 points from its previous days close, Nifty made a high of 8722 and closed at 8716. On Thursday, Indian benchmark index Nifty opened flat from yesterday’s close of 8716. There was some consolidation In trading session; Nifty traded in a range of 71 points between its Intraday high and low of 8758 and 8686 and finally closed at 8734, 18 points above its previous day’s close. We had recommended in last week research report (see our weekly report 30 Jan 3 Feb 17) Nifty future buy on deep around 8600 targets will be 8750-8900. our level executed on 31 Jan 17. On Friday, The  benchmark Index Nifty opened flat from Thursday's close of 8734 and take a resistance level of 8748; however ended with 6 point gain at 8740. The benchmark Index Nifty50 (spot) opened the week at 8635.55, made a high of 8757.60 low of 8537.50 and closed the week at 8740.95. Thus the Nifty closed the week with a gained of 99.70 points or 1.15%.

EQUITY WEEKLY REPORT (30JAN-03FEB) | STOCK TIPS ADVISORY

NIFTY 50 8641.25 (291.90)↑(3.50%)

The benchmark Index Nifty open with negative note; but the strong support level of 8300 couldn't breach, and made a low of 8327.20. The nifty Index recovered from Intraday low of 8327 and closed near day’s high after the announcement of Supreme Court rejecting the Plea to change the budget date from 1st Feb. on Monday. On Tuesday, The benchmark Index Nifty has given break out of strong resistance of 8450 and close above it. Nifty future opened at 8421.40, made a low of 8416 and made a high of 8488. We had recommended in last week research report (see our weekly report 23 Jan 27 Jan 17) If the nifty future trade above 8450 than the upside target will be 8500-8550. our level executed on 24 Jan 17. OUR TARGET ACHIEVED ON WEDNESDAY 25 Jan 2017 NIFTY MADE HIGH AT 8606.40]. On Wednesday, The market has ended January Futures & Options (F&O) higher. The benchmark Index Nifty opened gap up by 23 points from its previous day close of 8476 and thereafter rallied by 118 points from its day low of 8494. Nifty opened in 8499, made a low of 8494 and went to make a high of 8613. On Thursday was Market holiday due to Republic Day. On Friday, the last Trading day of the week; The  benchmark Index Nifty opened flat from Wednesday’s close of 8603 and thereafter rallied by 66 points from its day low of 8607. However, Nifty closed at 8641. Next week market may witness huge volatility as Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will present Union Budget 2017-18 which will have huge impact on the market direction. The benchmark Index Nifty50 (spot) opened the week at 8329.60, made a high of 8672.70 low of 8327.20 and closed the week at 8641.25. Thus the Nifty closed the week with a gained of 291.90 points or 3.50%.
